Our Story - Hoodwinked

HOODWINKED Est. in the Dark

The word "hoodwink" is older than its meaning.

Before it meant to deceive, a hoodwink was a cloth — the blindfold placed over the eyes of a candidate at the threshold of the lodge. He stands in darkness, not yet knowing what he will see when the cloth comes off. Everything that follows, he earns by walking toward the light.

We took that word back and put it where it belongs: on the garment itself.

Every Hoodwinked piece carries a small mark over the heart and a story across your back. Memento mori. Darkness to light. The old symbols — the ones people pass every day without ever reading — rendered the way they were meant to be seen: worn, not hung on a wall.

This is clothing for the initiated and the curious. For people who know that the dark isn't something to fear — it's where you start.

Made for the few, printed for you.

We don't hold inventory. Every hoodie is printed the moment you order it — one at a time, made for one person. It takes a few extra days. Symbols this old are worth waiting for.

Pull up the hood. Keep walking toward the light.
